Description: Cooperation, Compensation and the Code of Ethics
This course is designed to enhance the standard of professionalism by addressing pertinent issues that are occurring locally in Hawaii with a focus on Duties to REALTORS® covered in the Code of Ethics.
Agents will analyze case studies to identify and resolve the ethical issues related to Articles 15, 16 and 17 which focus on making unprofessional comments about other REALTORS®, prospecting other REALTORS®’ clients, and resolving disputes through mediation and arbitration.
