Education

We provide quality continuing education courses for REALTORS®. We offer a variety of educational programs, including NAR Designation classes such as Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) classes. We also offer Strategies of Listing, Finance and Purchase Contract classes for both new and experienced agents. We continue to look for additional classes to help our members get the most from their real estate business. Most of our continuing education courses are also available online.

    This course provides students with an overview of land use and development, an introduction to residential construction, and the basics of home inspection.   Learn the importance of developers

    and identify the major “players” in the development process and their roles.  Also understand why development is everyone’s concern and the role REALTORSshould play in the development process.  Students will learn how to describe positive or negative effects of each property characteristic on land value, the different types and concerns of residential development, and know how to describe potential construction-related problem areas in the purchase and sale of homes.
